Drastic Titan Series Digital Disk Recorders - the Typhon

The Typhon single or dual link, single or dual channel digital disk recorder offers Fibre Channel connectivity to external storage with a healthy swath of SAN support. The Typhon is designed for high end post production applications from SD to HD and 2K, providing a direct data gateway between HD-SDI and most real-time data formats including DPX, TIFF and TGA, and comes fully optimized with network, HTTP, 422 serial, Odetics and VDCP control. The Typhon is an ideal capture and playout device for deliverables from 2K digital intermediate workflows and SD and HD dailies.
